What God Has For You

Listening to Steve Harvey doing his inspirational segment. I love his quote "Everybody that comes with you can't go with you."

Basically what God has for YOU is for YOU. Your blessings are custom made. Uniquely designed for you and only you. And this is the same for everyone around you, however they have to do their own work in order to receive them.

Don't ever feel guilty about your purpose in the Lord. Do not give up or detour because someone does not or can not accept what you're trying to do. Stay on the path and be thankful every single day. A job done well will be greatly rewarded.

His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'

He's Waiting To Hear From You

My current situation: Wide awake at 2:45 am. It's great to have those friends that you can talk to and they give you support, words of encouragement, and even laughter when they know you need it the most. But when you have certain things that are buried deep in your soul that you can't share with them, those are the things God wants you to talk to Him about. He wants you to pour your heart out to Him and allow Him to be the Healer. He doesn't put a bandaid on it and sends you on your way. He consoles you in the midst of your hurt. He nurses your spirit back to good health. He let's you know just how much He loves you. Yes it's ok to have the love of great friends but it's even better to have the love your Father.

Change

I normally do a post on my Facebook page and another blog page so it just makes sense to post them here as well. Here is the one from today.

How one adapts to change will differ. Some welcome it and see the opportunity within while others despise it. Newsflash...like it or not change is going to happen.
Just as becoming a Christian requires change. You have to go from old habits and ways of thinking to new ones, you have to remove yourself from ungodly situations to more godly ones, you have to remove people from your life that are not in agreement or supportive of your choices.
If you are one who stresses over change or need a bit of motivation to help you with dealing with change, look to God to help you overcome your fears and doubts.
Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.
Have a blessed day!

Who am I?

I am a good person with a huge heart. I give when I can expecting nothing in return.

I am a great friend who knows what loyalty means because I know what it's been like to be hurt by "friends".

I love hard which can be considered a blessing and a curse but through the heartbreak I've experienced I will  never give up on love.

I am a confidant, I don't look to throw dirt and what is told to me stays with me because I've shared some of my DARKEST secrets with some only for it to be used against me in fits of anger.

I am a caring person. willing to put another's needs before my own.

I am silly. I love to laugh and to make others laugh. They say laughter is the best medicine.

I am special. God made me that way and I love Him for that.

I am a woman who loves love. And I will patiently wait for the man God will deliver to me because I know...

He will be a good person.

He will be a great friend.

He will love as hard as I do.

He will be a confidant and I will be able to tell him everything knowing it will remain safe in his heart.

He will be a caring person and will care for me as if his life depended on it.

He will be silly and we will laugh together...and often.

But most importantly...He will be special because he will be just for me.

Proverbs 18:22 - Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the LORD.
